Initial Consultation, Assessment & Plan

Service Description

Consultations are conducted in person, over the phone, via Skype or Zoom. We will briefly discuss your concerns, questions, health goals and my role. After this initial information is collected, you will receive an assessment to complete. Upon receiving this assessment, I will put together a plan that covers dietary, lifestyle, supplement and movement based around YOUR particular situation and ultimately your goals. Your assessment and 1 week plan is $250. Your plan will also include a grocery list so you're fully prepared to get started!
